It's something that is as part of life as birth, really. But sometimes I can't help but be a little disturbed by the coldness. So still, so shrouded in mystery. I don't know what faith others believe in but I have always found myself convinced that I will see those that have passed on again. Call it heaven, the afterlife, spirit realm; everyone I know and I have come to love will be there including non-humans. Yes I believe animals have a spirit and soul too and it is the reason behind this journal.

I'm gettin' me a Beardie! Any advice?

No, not a beard. A beardie is a Bearded Dragon and I am planning on getting one here in the next couple of months. I know how large they can get and I will be sure to do my research on the side but, since I value the imput of people who already have these as pets, does anyone have any tips for me?
I have owned lizards in the past (an 'Armidillo Lizard' but I doubt it really and a Creasted Gecko) so I know the basics. Heat lamp/rock, a big enough tank (which I already have), and a calcium suppliment as well as the willingness to handle live bugs. 1. What does your DeviantArt name mean and why?
I have used IntriguingBeast for a long time; firstly on AOL back when AOL was huge and dial up was still in full use. It is just a name I have become fond with and, really, I like to word 'Intrigue' and the feral aspect 'beast' tacks on to that since I am very keen on nature and trying to be in better balance with it.
